There is no assignment for Wednesday, although you are welcome to review Shively's Chapter 2. (I will not accept any summaries for that chapter on Wednesday, though.) We will continue our discussion of ideologies.

For Monday, please read Chapter 2 in Shively, "Modern Ideologies and Political Philosophy." Feel free to summarize -- and those of you have who haven't written one yet, remember that this is your LAST CHANCE for a September summary.

On Wednesday, we will watch and discuss a shoft film, "No Logo." (If you want to get a head start on next week, you could look at Chapter 2 in Shively on ideologies.)
